Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Moveki Solar Solutions. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, payment terms, and conditions applicable to all purchases made through our business.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Moveki Solar Solutions currently accepts the following payment methods:

  • M-Pesa
  • Cash Payments

All payments are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

2. Payment Options

Customers may choose either of the following payment arrangements, subject to prior confirmation and agreement:

Payment Before Delivery

  • Full payment is made before the product is dispatched or collected.
  • Orders requiring advance payment will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Payment After Delivery

  • Payment is made upon delivery or collection of the product.
  • This option is subject to approval and prior arrangement before dispatch.

3. Advance Payments for Certain Orders

For selected orders, including but not limited to:

  • High-value products
  • Bulk purchases
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Moveki Solar Solutions may require:
  • Full advance payment, or
  • Partial deposit payment

before processing, reserving, or dispatching the order.

Customers will be informed of any advance payment requirements before order confirmation.

4. Payment Verification

To protect both customers and the business:

  • Payments may be subject to verification before order processing or delivery
  • Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment confirmation cannot be completed

5. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices displayed are in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Applicable delivery charges, where relevant, are displayed during checkout or order confirmation

6. Failed or Incomplete Payments

Moveki Solar Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Decline or cancel orders associated with incomplete or failed payments
  • Withhold dispatch until payment obligations are fulfilled

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Where applicable:

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method used during purchase
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment channel used

8. Fraud Prevention

Moveki Solar Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Unauthorized payment usage
  • Misrepresentation or unlawful conduct
