Customers may request a return or exchange within 12 days from the date of delivery or collection.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
Non-Defective Products
Items must be:
- New and unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Defective or Damaged Products
Products that arrive faulty, damaged, or defective are eligible for return, replacement, or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
Defective or Damaged Products
Moveki Solar Solutions will cover return shipping costs for products confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival. We may:
- Arrange collection of the item, or
- Reimburse reasonable courier charges incurred by the customer
Customer Change of Mind
For non-defective returns due to customer preference or change of mind:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund request.
Refund Details
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued using the original payment method used during purchase
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees are charged
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within the 12-day return window, subject to stock availability.
Where applicable:
- Customers may pay any price difference for replacement items
- Customers may receive store credit or a refund for any balance difference
7. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be rejected if:
- Products have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Original packaging is missing for non-defective returns
- The return request is made outside the 12-day return period
